Synthetic Monoesters

Typical applications include metalworking fluids, release agents, and construction chemistry products. To improve lubrication properties, standard products also include rapeseed methyl esters and oleates, palmitates, and stearates.
Pentaerythritol Esters
These complex esters typically feature a high flash point and low iodine number, providing excellent lubrication, even at high temperatures.
Neutral Self-Emulsifying Esters
These esters self-emulsify without the need for additional surfactants, increasing viscosity when water is added. They offer excellent lubrication and hydrolytic stability, suitable for release agents, drawing, rolling, and aqueous forming fluids, and lubrication enhancers for water-miscible coolants.
