Fatty Acid Amides
Fatty acid amides, classified as non-ionic surfactants, are essential in metalworking fluids due to their co-emulsifying and corrosion-inhibiting properties. ACL offers a variety of products based on MEA and DEA. The range includes industry-standard products, such as ethoxylated tall oil fatty acid amides, amides based on oleic acid, and fatty acid diethanolamide.
Ethoxylated Fatty Alcohols
Ethoxylated fatty alcohols are excellent emulsifiers for formulating concentrates for water-miscible metalworking fluids or emulsifying oils.
ACL offers C16/18 fatty alcohols with various degrees of ethoxylation, including low-foam PO/EO fatty alcohols.
Narrow-range fatty alcohols are also available.
